HCA Northside Hospital is currently seeking Full-Time/ Part-Time/ PRN Emergency Medicine Physician to join us in St Petersburg, FL.
ED Features:
- Annual ED Volume: 31,000 visits
- 24-bed main ED plus an additional 12 vertical spaces
- Multi-layer physician and APP coverage model
- Maintenance of 2 to 2.2 average patients per hour
- ED physicians do not respond to codes on floor
- P-Doc Documentation, PACS system, computerized discharge and script writing, electronicphysician order entry system, 3M M*Modal Dictation System
- 24-hour ultrasound coverage and 24-hour reads on all radiologic exams
- Must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Independent Contractor Status
- A-rated, occurrence based malpractice insurance is available
- PCI facility - Top 3 in County regarding number of STEMI's, Neuro-interventionalist on site, CTA and CT perfusion capability, Hypothermia Protocol for post cardiac arrest patients, CCTA
- Internal Medicine Residency Program and Cardiology Fellowship Program
