They have a reimagined on-site team structure, an ownership group that backs its leaders with the tools and budget to win, and a clear mission to deliver a distinct resident experience.Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Lead full operations for two communities and one combined on-site team: leasing, maintenance, resident retention, budgets, and P&LDrive a repositioning strategy to keep occupancy strong against new construction, covering renovation priorities, amenity upgrades, curb appeal, and creative marketingLead and develop three leaders across Resident Experience, Resident Accounts, and Leasing & Lifestyle, building a team that performs like one property, not twoManage vendor and contractor relationships, capital project planning, and expensesChampion resident experience and retention programs that turn long-term residents into your best marketing assetReport directly to ownership, with real decision-making authorityThe Skills & Experience You Possess:5+ years of property management experience, including 300+ unitsMulti-site experience strongly preferredProven track record driving occupancy and NOI in competitive or saturated submarketsConfident managing budgets, capital projects, and renovation ROI decisionsHands-on, visible leadership style: in the community, not behind a deskMarketing instincts and the ability to sell "lived-in and loved" against "brand new"Lease-up or repositioning experience preferredCAM, CAPS, or similar certification a plusPerks and Benefits You'll Receive:Base salary of $92K–$105K plus a 15–20% bonus tied to occupancy, NOI, and retentionHigh-visibility role with direct ownership accessClear opportunity to build a portfolio-level track recordHow to Apply & Be Selected: Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io, and our team will reach out with next steps if selected.
