Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Cath Lab/PTCA Recovery position in Florida, requiring an active FL or compact RN license and significant call availability including weekend call.

Details

• Hospital-based Cath Lab and PTCA Recovery setting
• Shift times are 6:30 AM–5:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule with alternating weekdays off
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Call requirements include 14–16 days of call per 6-week period, including 2 weekends of call
• Weekend call is required
• Floating within the Cath Lab and occasionally to the pre/post cath area (PSR) as needed

Requirements

• Active FL RN license or a compact RN license currently recognized in Florida
• Cath Lab and/or PTCA Recovery nursing experience required
• Ability to fulfill significant call obligations, including weekend call

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers — no radius rule applies
• Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are required, or an approved declination must be on file; boosters are not currently required
• A copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card is required for consideration
