Job Title: PD RN Location: Morris Cancer Center, 165 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 Department: Oncology Unit - MCC-8 Req #: 0000234520 Status: Per Diem Shift: Night (7 PM–7:30 AM) Pay Range: $47.85 – $71.72 per hour Qualifications Required BSN 1 Year of Registered Nurse experience in a hospital setting Preferred 1–3 Years of Oncology RN experience Oncology or BMTU certification preferred Certifications and Licenses Required BLS and ACLS certification Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Scheduling Requirements Night Shift, 7 PM–7:30 AM 24 Hours per month, weekends & holidays required Per Diem Essential Functions Provide nursing care within scope of practice and regulatory standards. Maintain ethical standards as defined by ANA code of ethics. Ensure safety in practice; report safety issues. Know patient population served. Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate team members; collaborate with other providers. Set and evaluate priorities, with measurable outcomes toward improvement. Utilize nursing process to individualize plan of care for specific patients.
