Amuni Financial, Inc. is seeking an Associate Advisor to join one of our growing advisory teams in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career financial professional to work directly alongside experienced advisors, including one of the firm's founders, while developing the technical, client relationship, and business development skills necessary to become a successful financial advisor. You’ll work alongside an experienced Lead Advisor and a Senior Advisor on a team with an established book of business and meaningful growth opportunities. You’ll be stepping into an active practice and contributing immediately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and intentional about building a long-term advisory career. You take responsibility for your work, document it carefully, and follow through. You’re comfortable being the operational backbone of a team now in order to develop the skills you’ll need to lead a team later. You’re drawn to a structured environment with transparent expectations. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management Participate in client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive and professional service Document client discussions, recommendations, and action items. Assist in gathering and maintaining client financial information. Investment & Planning Support Assist with portfolio analysis, implementation, and ongoing monitoring Support the preparation of investment recommendations and financial planning deliverables Review account activity and coordinate execution of investment and account-related transactions Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure efficient account administration Business Development Support prospect meetings and onboarding activities Participate in community and professional networking events Contribute to team marketing and client appreciation initiatives Compliance & Operations Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements Support supervisory and compliance processes as needed Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to client service Preferred Series Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam Series 7 license Series 66 license, or Series 63 and 65 licenses; must obtain Series 66 within 60 days if not already licensed Prior experience in financial services, client-facing professional services, or related fields #J-18808-Ljbffr
