Prepare food according to approved menus, recipes, and portion standards

Support timely productions and service of all scheduled meals

Maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation

Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

Complete required temperature logs and cleaning checklists

Maintain clean/organized workstations

Comply with inspection and regulatory requirements

Assist with prep, cooking, and service

Support proper storage, labeling, and inventory rotations

Receive and put away deliveries

Participate in daily cleaning and closing procedures

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working in a high-volume culinary setting (SUD, long-term care, or health care preferred, but not required)

Pay: $23 per hour
