Responsibilities of the Role:Act as a lead in one or more Finance work stream, supporting system enhancements, project delivery and BAU system support activities for Oracle ERP and other Finance applicationsCollect, document and analyze business requirements and approve Lean specifications created by technology teamConfigure and maintain application setups and maintain supporting documentationPerform impact analysis on Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly patches and provide recommendations on new features that Invesco should consider implementingKeep up-to-date on new Oracle AI offerings and provide functional guidance to enable new AI features, including AI AgentsLeverage Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI to provide business insightsFoster and maintain productive relationships with technology teams and business partnersProvide operational support for Concur Expense Management, handling incident resolution, executing enhancements, and performing necessary administrative tasks Leverage reporting tools to publish monthly Concur reportingGain understanding of finance applications such as Treasury Management System, Revport and others and provide support and deliver enhancementsRequirements:3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, including 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERPExpertise in at least 2 of the following Oracle ERP modules: GL, FAH, AP, CM, PO, iProcurement, AR, FA, PA, IntercompanyBS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other related fieldExperience supporting SAP Concur Expense (configuration, audit rules, per diem setup) preferredExperience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDIExperience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders Expertise in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with business and technology leadersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with relational databases, SQL and reports development preferredExperience in Financial Services or Investment Management industries preferredExperience working in/with a shared service center supporting global operations is highly preferredFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
