The Staff Pad has partnered with a specialty clinic in Marion, Illinois to recruit a Pain Management Physician for a full-time opportunity. Opportunity Overview This is an excellent opportunity to help establish and grow a new pain management service line within a well-supported hospital environment. The position offers a balanced mix of interventional pain procedures and medication management, with strong collaboration from an experienced pain physician at a nearby affiliated facility. Position Highlights BC/BE in Pain Management required Solo practice model with collegial support Established referral base and strong hospital support services Fully implemented EPIC EMR Robust OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient support staff Compensation & Benefits $550,000 guaranteed base salary $50,000 sign-on bonus Quality bonus up to 2.5% Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and malpractice insurance 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans (traditional & Roth options) 5 weeks of vacation 1 week CME plus professional allowance 6 paid holidays Relocation assistance PSLF eligible J-1 visa sponsorship available
