Job Summary

Job Summary: Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to our patients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, performing physical exams, recording patient medical history, creating care plans and administering diagnostic test

Qualifications

• Master s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner
• Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
• National Board Certification require
• American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
• American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC)
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
• EMR/EHR experience a plus
