✅ Set the Mobile Standard
Establish and champion best practices for application architecture, navigation, performance optimization, testing, and maintainability across multiple product teams.
✅ Mentor & Elevate
Coach engineers across internal teams and external development partners, raising the bar for code quality, engineering discipline, and delivery excellence.
✅ Drive AI-Powered Development
Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to streamline workflows, improve engineering productivity, and accelerate product delivery.
✅ Optimize Delivery Pipelines
Partner with QA and DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD practices, automate testing, and create frictionless App Store and Google Play release processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years of professional mobile development experience
- Deep expertise building production applications with React Native and TypeScript
- Strong native development experience in Swift and/or Kotlin , with the ability to develop custom modules and optimize platform-specific functionality
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile products in fast-paced environments
- Strong architectural mindset with experience creating scalable, maintainable mobile platforms
- Ability to balance speed, innovation, and technical debt without over-engineering solutions
- Experience mentoring developers and guiding distributed or hybrid engineering teams
- Hands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools, LLM workflows, or Agentic AI solutions into software delivery practices
Technology Stack
Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin
Backend & Cloud: C#, Azure
