Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Project management: experience with efficient management of project logistics.Experience with process design, development and improvement methodologies.Experience interfacing with all levels of employees, to include executive leadershipUnderstanding of Systems Engineering execution through large scale devleopment contractsDesired SkillsPrior experience on FBM or other military missile defense contractsActive Secret clearance or higherDirect experience on development contract proposals for military systemsExperience with Navy / missile defense contracting requirementsProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practicePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
