PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on rehabilitation under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence. Responsibilities include carrying out individualized treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises and gait training, documenting progress in the EMR, and educating patients and families on home programs and safety.
