Restaurant General Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Employer: Buddy Bells, Inc. You are applying for employment with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead with a positive and professional attitude
- Take ownership of store performance and results
- Hire, train, and develop team members and leaders
- Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy standards are met
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor efficiency
- Communicate clearly with leadership and team
- Build a strong, accountable team culture
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store condition
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Review performance metrics and drive improvement
- Support and coach Shift Leaders and team members
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
