You will work alongside experienced professionals, develop your financial and customer-service skills, and prepare to advance into a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) role. What You’ll Do: Assist customers with mortgage loan applications and the home-financing process Collect, organize, and review financial and employment documents Learn how to evaluate income, credit, and other borrower information Explain mortgage loan options, requirements, and next steps to customers Communicate with borrowers, lenders, processors, and underwriting teams Follow up on applications and outstanding documentation Provide professional customer service throughout the loan process Learn mortgage industry guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements Develop the skills necessary to become a successful licensed Mortgage Loan Officer Paid Training & Career Advancement You start in this position as a paid trainee , receiving hands-on training and guidance as you learn the mortgage industry.
