Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/SurgThis is a 13-week contract position.2 out of 4 weekends, with an alternating schedule. The Registered Nurse will float as needed and work 48 hours in a general working week.The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit. This position requires flexibility, effective communication, and the ability to work within a team environment.Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document patient care activities accurately and timely.Participate in patient and family education regarding health care needs.Adhere to safety, quality, and infection control standards.Current or temporary RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to start.A minimum of 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.Cerner experience is required.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
