Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate for its Greenville, SC office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing counsel on labor law issues. The successful candidate will represent employers in various legal settings, including court and arbitration. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. Requirements JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 5+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background. Current SC bar admission or ability to obtain admission. Understanding of state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the South Carolina Bar or eligibility to obtain admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
