Insurance Product Manager, responsible for developing and managing insurance products in a full-time role, overseeing product implementation and performance to meet strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution Conduct market and competitive analysis to define product direction and go-to-market strategy Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes Required Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Insurance Product Manager or similar role in the insurance industry Knowledge of insurance products, policy forms, underwriting, pricing, and product development Familiarity with Excess & Surplus Lines markets preferred Strong project management and time-management skills BSc/BA in Business Administration, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field; Masters Degree preferred
