Position We are looking for a full‑time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience (drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leadership and a well‑rounded team, this is a highly sought‑after opportunity for you to find a permanent home. Compensation & Benefits Pay starts at $27+ per hour. Rates are negotiable based on your unique skills and knowledge. Additionally, you receive a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid, and you accrue paid time off as you work. Overtime is paid at 40+ hours and double time after 60+ hours. There are advancement opportunities. You will work on construction phases, not water mitigation. Requirements Minimum 10 years experience in the construction trades Must have remodeling experience and be proficient in drywall, finish carpentry, painting Lead and/or management experience necessary Ability to train other carpenters Reliable and hardworking Provide your own tools Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Previous restoration experience is a plus Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
