Customer Success Data Scientist

Seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead Data Scientist with Energy Industry expertise to work remotely, focusing on driving long-term customer success, achieving high adoption and satisfaction, and developing analytical deliverables using Spotfire and advanced data science techniques. Key responsibilities Develop and implement customer success plans by translating business objectives into actionable strategies while collaborating with clients Build consultative relationships as a trusted advisor, conducting regular health assessments to understand customer needs and navigate challenges Lead innovation efforts in applied machine learning and AI, creating custom solutions and prototypes for industry-specific use cases Required qualifications 6-8+ years of data science experience with tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, and programming languages like Python and R 6-8+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and delivering complex projects in the Energy sector Proven ability to translate real-world problems into mathematical models and present solutions to stakeholders Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field with graduate coursework in statistics and data mining Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus for interactions with LATAM customers
