Brand Ambassador

Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that supports store sales and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on selling, styling, and assisting customers while supporting operational and visual merchandising activities. Ambassadors are expected to be team players who can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor. Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to sales goals. Assist customers with styling and fitting room needs and educate them on programs and offerings. Maintain store standards, complete opening and closing responsibilities, and support BOH processes. Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOs), and maintain visual merchandising standards. Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive customer and team relationships. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in stock areas.
