Manufacturing Technician

Highlights First Shift: Monday – Thursday 5 am to 3:30 pm Friday shift considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule. Company events: Fall Festival, Pizza for Thanksgiving, Breakfast with Santa, etc. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will work side by side on one of our production lines assembling direct fire gas heaters based on our production schedule. You will use various hand and power tools, spot welding, pitting, riveting and installing insulation. We encourage continual improvement through our lean program, so you will have the opportunity to make changes to your workspace to make your job easier. Responsibilities Assemble direct fire gas heaters on production lines. Operate hand and power tools, perform spot welding, pitting, riveting, and insulation installation. Follow production schedules and adjust to shift changes. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and suggest process improvements.
