Events and Ministry Coordinator Apartment Life | Part-Time | Monroe & Winder, GA About the Role The Events and Ministry Coordinator serves two senior adult (55+) apartment communities by planning events, connecting residents with resources, and supporting their social, wellness, and enrichment needs. Key Responsibilities Plan and host 2–3 resident events each month Connect residents with local resources for food, rent assistance, and other needs Organize workshops, classes, and enrichment activities Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations Communicate with onsite staff and the Apartment Life supervisor Track activities and submit monthly impact reports Important Details Part-time, paid position: 16 hours/week Serves communities in Monroe and Winder, GA Must be available primarily during Monday–Friday business hours, with occasional after-hours/weekend activities Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance Qualifications 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in event planning, social impact, or human services Strong communication and listening skills Basic computer and English writing skills Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. and perform physical duties as needed Ability to commit to the required service term Preferred: Bilingual Spanish, event planning, experience serving at-risk populations, budgeting, social media, and community partnerships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
