Dunwoody Glen, 6750 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America Job Description Fogelman is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join the team at Lakeside at Arbor Place in Douglasville, GA. This role offers competitive leasing commissions and a team‑oriented environment. Summary The Leasing Consultant provides tours, completes the leasing process with prospective residents, executes marketing strategies for the community, and maintains positive resident relations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss size and layout, available amenities, and lease terms. Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects. Process applications for approval in compliance with policies and procedures. Handle lease renewals as needed. Schedule move‑ins and complete all required lease paperwork. Walk all move‑ins prior to the move‑in date to ensure readiness. Follow up with new residents after move‑in. Inspect premises periodically and arrange necessary maintenance. Plan and coordinate resident events. Handle resident requests and complaints in a courteous, efficient manner. Assist with all marketing duties including preparation of market surveys and distribution of resident notices. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Minimum one year of experience as a leasing professional. Up to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with virtual and in‑person community tours. Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM). Marketing skills with ability to execute a property marketing plan through social media and resident functions. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship‑building, and customer‑service skills. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Strong fine finger dexterity for grasping/turning. Good eyesight, hearing, and communication skills. Work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions; moderate noise level.
