Role: Project Coordinator Location: Owatonna, MN Pay Rate Range: $28.00 - $30.00 / Hourly Internal Job ID: 10064728 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. Job Responsibilities Serving as a single point of contact to customers after a project becomes an order Developing, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules in a fast-paced environment Coordinating field measurements, finish details, and site readiness documentation, integrating with Wenger’s manufacturing schedule Communicating all project changes and resolution with appropriate Wenger Corporation team members Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents. Requirements Associate degree and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management Why choose Addison IT?
