Medsurg/Telemetry Rn
As an RN in the MedSurg/Telemetry unit, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate the outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role requires effective communication with patients and families, and maintaining high professional standards. You will care for a diverse patient population and must be prepared to study telemetry strips and pass a dysrhythmia test within the first week of assignment.
