Direct Support Professional

Royal Community Support - We are actively hiring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for a compassionate, self‑motivated, and energetic individual looking to make a difference by helping an individual to achieve their potential and integrate them into the community with dignity. Location: Camden County (Haddon Township/Cherry Hill) - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00am-2:00pm (Camden County), NJ Flexible hours approx. 9-10 hrs. weekly Rate of Pay: $24.00 - $30 per hr. Please note: Some individuals may have behaviors; therefore we provide Crisis Training to prepare you for this job, however it is UNPAID. Key Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily activities and personal goals, promoting independence and community engagement. Support participation in small outings and community‑based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person‑centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well‑being of the individuals at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community‑based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person‑centered mindset with a positive attitude and open‑mindedness.
