You work closely with the House Manager and are an integral part of our collaborative therapeutic team. Your responsibilities include on-site management in the assigned residence, which involves monitoring, ensuring quality assurance, training staff, and scheduling personnel.We understand that the children under your care rely on you for their safety and welfare, and we take this responsibility very seriously. To support you in your role, you receive supervision and training from the House Manager or Residential Director.WHAT'S REQUIRED?A valid driver's licenseAnd one of the two:Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent college experience with 1+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents, along with 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred in any field or,High school diploma plus 2+ years of human service experience, particularly with children or adolescents plus 1+ years of supervisory experience in any field preferredABOUT OUR NONPROFITCrystal Springs is a residential facility for individuals with disabilities.
