CNC Operator I - Shift & Pay:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Pay: $20 - $24 per hour + $1.50/hour shift differential

- Program, set up, and operate CNC-controlled lathes, mills, and grinders
- Load and unload steel materials from machines
- Change tooling and saw blades as required for grinding and cutting steel
- Use specialized saws and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Read and interpret industrial knife blueprints
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Understand and work with fractions and decimals for accurate measurements
- Complete Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for assigned jobs
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Accurately input data into ERP systems and CNC programs
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and email for communication
- Operate forklifts (or become certified)
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas
- Cross-train in other positions as requested
- Assist in training and supporting team members when required
- Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet production demands
- Wear all required PPE and follow all safety guidelines
- Actively participate in Lean and Safety training initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues
- Ability to meet daily production and customer demand requirements
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Basic math skills required, including fractions and decimals
- Ability to accurately read precision measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
