Centralized Telehealth Triage Nurse

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking an experienced registered nurse for our Centralized RN Triage Team in Everett. This full-time role involves telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters from a centralized hub, assessing and coordinating care across the lifespan while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team. The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, Washington RN license, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of nursing experience, with a strong focus on triage #J-18808-Ljbffr Providence Health Plan Group
