Product Specialist (Automotive Sales)
For over 60 years, McGrath Honda of St. Charles has built its reputation on one thing: delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for motivated, energetic, and driven individuals who want to earn great money, develop valuable skills, and grow with one of the most respected automotive groups in Illinois.
No automotive experience? No problem. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a world-class dealership experience.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend the right vehicle solution.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
- Conduct professional test drives and vehicle presentations.
- Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Work closely with sales managers to achieve personal and team goals.
- Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills.

- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

- $2,500 Monthly Salary Paid on 15th and 30th
