Duties and Responsibilities: Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier's checks. Providing efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection. Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures. Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned. Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs. Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self-service technologies. Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management. What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
