This role offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex labor and employment (L&E) litigation and handle sophisticated transactional employment work. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing 6-8 years of substantive employment litigation experience Experience in defending wage and hour claims and class/collective actions Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents , handling discovery , depositions , motions , pleadings , and trial preparation Highly proficient in prioritization and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong legal writing and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of urgency Ability to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environment Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships Large law firm experience preferred Key Responsibilities Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct due diligence review, handle discovery and depositions , and contribute to trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions , briefs , and other litigation-related documents Defend wage and hour claims, including class and collective actions Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service Maintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidance Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced practice Why Join Us?
