Legacy Beverage is looking for a Pricing Coordinator.

REPORTS TO: OFFICE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintaining and setting up all new items.

2. Maintaining Small/Large Format pricing profiles for chains.

3. Maintaining monthly price book for sales department.

4. Researching pricing errors and preparing for monthly billbacks.

FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

1. Keep in communication with the procurement team and warehouse regarding new/discontinued items.
2. Work closely with the General Manager to establish and maintain pricing for Legacy Beverage.
3. Maintain pricing profile for both Large and Small Format including new/discontinued items.
4. Meet the required deadlines each month for submissions to each chain.
5. Maintain pricing profiles within VIP.
6. Maintaining the monthly price book to ensure new items are included and discontinued items are removed.
7. Complete SRS disputes to ensure information entered is correct and timely.
8. Cover lunch break for the Administrative Assistant and assist with the telephone as necessary.

COMMUNICATIONS:

1. Ensure your communications with the retailers and vendors are positive and helpful.

1. Maintain open and clear communications with all employees, managers, and retailers regarding your position.
