Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial factors. Support patients with moderate to high acuity, including complex interventions like chemotherapy, blood product infusion, and supportive care for hematopoietic transplants and leukemia. Work in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; ADN or BSN degree accepted, with a preference for Strong assessment skills, patient education, and critical thinking abilities.
