Senior Manager, Product Management

Leading the Enablement and Launch Management teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Product Operations will ensure operational readiness for product launches, drive cross-functional collaboration, and enhance go-to-market execution while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability while developing scalable processes for launch readiness Oversee product enablement initiatives, ensuring internal teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training for effective product support Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful launch execution and manage risks associated with product readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BBA, B.S. in Technology, Engineering, etc.) 7+ years of experience in product operations, launch management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of overseeing the full lifecycle of product launches Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and aligning various business units Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and managing stakeholder alignment
