Travel MRI Technologist - 13 Weeks Contract

Schedule: Days, 7 AM to 7 PM, Thursday to Saturday. Call required after hours and weekend rotation (1 day/week and 1 weekend/month).

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will provide timely imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include adjusting imaging parameters for various studies involving soft tissue, the arterial system, brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without the use of contrast media.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRI imaging services for patients as per procedural protocols.
• Modify imaging parameters to obtain quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Collaborate with the Radiologist on imaging procedures and patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of MRI experience required.
• BLS certification and MRT licensure in New Mexico are mandatory.
• Preferred experience with Siemens equipment.
• ARRT registration with Magnetic Resonance Imaging Registry (MR) is preferred.
