Environmental Scientist

Our company is seeking an Environmental Scientist to fill a Direct Hire opening in Lockland, OH!

Responsibilities:

Assist with the environmental and safety operations
Assist with the compliance, reporting & record keeping
Research environmental sustainability issues or concerns
Enforcement of Sustainability & Environmental Policy, Procedures, Plans, Programs
Monitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability program implementations.
Internal and external compliance audits
Conduct Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions resulting from non-conformances
Update Vendor Audits

Qualifications:

Previous experience with sustainability is required
Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required
Knowledge of environmental science and greenhouse gas offset (CO2e) measurement methods and theories.
Previous experience with EPA, OSHA, and DOT
Hazard recognition
Computer skills

Working Place: Lockland, OH, United States
