Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00pm-9:00am (Asleep from 12am-6am). Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non-Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes. Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
