Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Confirmed SNF post graduate experience
• PCC/NetHealth proficiency
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license

• 8-hour shifts
• Float required: No
• Fast-paced building with high volume of evaluations
