Job Responsibilities:Treat customers in accordance with dealership policiesEnsure that the proper follow-up schedule is attached to all completed salesEnsure that all necessary customer satisfaction forms have been completed and turned inWork with service department to provide additional warranty information as necessaryMaintain daily log sheet and tabulate total, share with sales managerEstablish and maintain good working relationship with several finance sources, factory and otherwiseKeep general manager and sales manager apprised of all special programs sponsored by any financial sourceSubmit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance dealsWork with sales manager to secure a reasonable profit from every saleSet up finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desired percent of penetration and incomeAttend managers meetingsSeek insurance companies for insurance paperMaintain a daily operating controlPrepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and share with sales managerCheck all paperwork for correct in title, lien information, taxes, etc.Establish and meet monthly objectivesPrepare and participate in sales meetingsWork with sales staff in negotiating a sale in the sales managers absenceMonitor alternately with sales manager the lot traffic and compare with daily log sheetMaintain a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures of the sales departmentPlease complete this once you have applied for the position: Qualifications:Two years of experience preferredProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsMotivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning possibilities.
