Shift SupervisorAlameda, CA 94501OverviewSalary Range $70,720.00 - $70,720.00 Salary/year Position Type Full TimeDescriptionAbout the role:The Shift Supervisor manages operations and functions in assigned areas including post reviews, emergency response, client liaison, post order compliance reviews, badging, access control and special projects as assigned. The Site Supervisor performs all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. This position reports directly to theIn this role, your responsibilities will be:Liaise with client's corporate management in order to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs and projectsOversee a team of Security Specialists, assuring compliance with post orders, providing training and coaching as neededManage and coordinate all security operations and programs in assigned areaRespond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, deficiencies and client requestsInitiate investigations and write incident reports as directedMaintain up to date and accurate records including timekeeping and daily activity reportsPerform other related duties as requiredQualificationsAs a candidate you must have:Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Emergency Management, or other related discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum of five years in safety and security management or supervision, law enforcement or military, or security control room supervision experienceComplete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise notedEffective time management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skillsMust be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer serviceHave flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun)We offer:Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employeesPaid Time Off including Sick/Safe TimeA dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growthSecurity Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
