Industrial office needs a friendly front desk receptionist to greet walk- ins, answer the phone, hand out applications, and do basic office work. Must be able to take accurate messages and transfer calls using excellent customer service skills and courteous voice. Send and receive emails, have experience with printers, scanners, and general office equipment. Basic Excel skills and Microsoft Word.
This is a temporary position that can turn into permanent for the right person.
Pay:
$20-$25 per hour (Compensation depends on experience).
Work Hours:
Monday--Friday 7:30 a.m.--4:00 p.m.
Dress: Casual
** Applicants must include a Detailed Resume and 3 Professional References, along with the application.
**** Applicants MUST be a CURRENT Texas or Louisiana resident at time of application and hire in.**
** Applicants must have a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
**** Other requirements such as criminal background check and drug screening may also be required.**
