About Our Client Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative recruiting team and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple business functions. Job Description The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of professional and corporate positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and help drive hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for professional-level openings. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting guidance. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress. Qualifications 3+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for IT, Finance, Accounting, or other professional-level positions. Strong ability to manage multiple openings in a high-volume environment. Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, standard business hours Work Environment: Primarily in-office with remote work available on Fridays after training.
