Job Summary: Lingo Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, operating forklifts, and assisting with assembly and material handling. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and consistent attendance. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the facility
• Transport materials from one area to another efficiently
• Assist with the assembly of various parts and components
• Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical or assembly experience
