Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Work Mode: Full-time / Remote
Compensation: Base Salary + Equity / Token Incentives
Base Salary Range: RMB 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 / year (approx. USD 140K - 210K)
Location Preference: APAC (Singapore, Thailand, or Greater China preferred)
Target Start: April 2026
Our client is building an AI-powered intelligent trading terminal for the prediction market and on-chain trading ecosystem. The platform aggregates major prediction markets, enabling users to compare odds, discover opportunities, and execute trades across multiple protocols from a single interface. AI capabilities provide real-time insights including smart money flow analysis, trending market detection, and automated research workflows. The product is nearing launch with an established team of 15+ across BD, marketing, design, and a dedicated engineering unit.
The Role
We are looking for a CEO to drive the company's growth across three dimensions: strategy, capital, and ecosystem development. This is a leadership role with direct reporting to the founder/co-founder team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overall strategic direction and long-term roadmap for the platform
- Lead fundraising efforts and capital partnerships; engage with top-tier global VCs and strategic investors
- Build and expand the industry ecosystem network (prediction market protocols, trading institutions, AI and data platforms, etc.)
- Drive user acquisition, trading volume growth, and commercialization
- Develop and lead a marketing and go-to-market strategy, including project representation (AMAs, conferences, media)
- Build and manage a global team with strong execution culture
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in financial markets or trading (Crypto, derivatives, quantitative trading, or prediction markets)
- Deep understanding of trading structures, liquidity mechanisms, and market dynamics
- Established network within the AI and Web3 investment and capital ecosystem
- Previous experience as Founder, CEO, COO, VP, or Country Manager at a well-known crypto/blockchain project, exchange, or on-chain protocol
- Strong track record of fundraising and investor relations
- Fluent English required (public-facing role: AMAs, investor presentations, media)
- Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable institution; top-tier trading firm or exchange experience is a plus
