Courier/DOT

Responsibilities Driver/operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 0700-1600. Minimum Education High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed to drive the vehicle type assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance required for customer contact. Must meet qualifications in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and pass a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age, and be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials. Preferred Qualifications 21 years old and have a clean driving history. Pay $25.42 – $35.25 per hour.
