St. Francis Health Services is seeking an Accountant to support the financial operations of our corporate office and help ensure the long‑term success of the ministries we serve. What You'll Do: Provide oversight and support for the accounts payable process. Process and reconcile revenue cycle payments. Maintain fixed asset records and related reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements and statistical reports. Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities. Support audits and other financial reporting requirements. Collaborate with operational leaders to answer financial questions and provide support. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Three or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience. Healthcare accounting experience preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
