What You'll Do Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes. Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad-based sales presentation. Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions. Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options. Guide customers through the buying process and close sales. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven. Ability to manage your schedule and work independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using technology, including tablets and sales software. Previous in-home sales experience is preferred. Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus.
