KZG is looking for someone special to help us build the next chapter of our brand.We are a family-owned golf equipment company with more than 30 years in the industry, specializing in premium custom-fit golf equipment sold through highly skilled professional clubfitters and builders around the world.We are now expanding in San Diego and preparing to substantially increase KZG's marketing presence in the U.S. and internationally. This is not simply a social-media job. We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help build a brand, create new marketing programs, develop an audience and grow with the company. For the right person, this could become a very big position.You Could Be a Recent GraduateWe are absolutely open to an exceptional recent marketing graduate who is bright, creative, technologically savvy, full of ideas and ready to run with an opportunity.You don't need 10 years of experience if you can show us that you understand today's marketing world and know how to capture people's attention.Maybe you've been creating videos, growing social-media accounts, experimenting with AI, following influencers, studying digital advertising or developing your own projects while you were in school. We care much more about what you can do and how you think than how many years you've been doing it. For an ambitious young marketer, this is a chance to do much more than become another junior employee in a large marketing department.You could have the opportunity to make your mark, help grow an established international golf brand and potentially make a name for yourself in the golf industry. What You'll Help BuildYou will help develop and execute KZG's marketing strategy across:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging social platforms
YouTube and short-form video
Educational and entertaining golf content
Influencer and creator relationships
Digital advertising
Email marketing and dealer communications
SEO and website marketing
Media and publicity
Programs designed to drive golfers to KZG dealers
U.S. and international brand development
Our new online and remote-sales initiatives
New marketing ideas we haven't thought of yet
A major focus will be video and social media .We want to aggressively expand our YouTube and social-media presence with interesting, entertaining and educational content about golf equipment, club fitting, swing characteristics, equipment selection and how the right equipment can make a major difference in a golfer's game.We don't want someone who simply waits to be told what to post. We want the person who comes to us and says, “I have an idea.” The OpportunityKZG is a small entrepreneurial company, which means good ideas don't have to pass through five layers of management. If you have a great idea, we can try it. If it works, we can build on it. We want someone who will become an important part of our team and take increasing ownership of KZG's marketing as we grow.For the right person, this position could develop into Marketing Manager, Marketing Director or ultimately Head of Marketing , with responsibility for building a larger marketing team and helping direct the future of the KZG brand. TechnologyYou don't need to be an IT technician, but you should be extremely comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools.Experience with any of the following is helpful: WordPress - WooCommerce - Zoho CRM - Zoho Campaigns - SEO - Google Analytics - Canva / Adobe - Video Editing - Email Marketing - AI Marketing Tools We use Zoho for CRM and email campaigns and WordPress for our web presence.Who We're Looking ForYou may be an experienced marketer—or you may be the exceptionally talented recent graduate looking for the opportunity to prove what you can do.Either way, we want someone who is:

And Golf MattersOur ideal candidate plays golf and has a genuine passion for the game. You don't need to be a PGA professional or a scratch golfer, but understanding golfers, golf equipment and the culture of the game would be a major advantage.If you love both marketing and golf , this could be a pretty extraordinary opportunity.LocationKZG's new office is in San Diego, is located just south of downtown near I-5 and SR-54.Some flexibility may be possible, but we want someone who can spend meaningful time with us in the office because much of our marketing will involve our products, people, fittings, photography and video.Compensation $60,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience, capabilities and demonstrated potential, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses. The range is intentionally broad.We are open to hiring an outstanding recent graduate with exceptional potential , as well as a more experienced marketer who can immediately assume greater responsibility.Most importantly, this is a position with substantial opportunity for advancement.
