Job Title: Retail Analytics Training Specialist Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Location: Morrisville/Charlotte, NC OR Dalton, GA (*Must live within 1 hr. of either location) Work Schedule: Hybrid (1–2 days/week in-office) Travel Requirement: 40–50% travel (Vast majority is local travel, with 1-2 short trips/month to client sites within the US) Compensation: $60k-$80k/yr. DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) with 4% Match + Car Allowance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar, OR equivalent professional experience in retail and/or flooring industry Experience creating reports, presentations, and executive summaries (PowerPoint) Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups virtually and in-person Analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with using AI tools, such as ChatGPT Preferred: Flooring, building products, home improvement, or retail experience Market research, competitive intelligence, merchandising, or field analytics experience Retail, sales, or customer-facing training experience Why join us? This role combines data analysis, competitive research, field support, and presentations to help drive retail strategy and product adoption.
